By placing an order with Southeast Custom Imprints, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
🛒 Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and PayPal.

🎨 Custom Orders

All items are custom-made to order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submission.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

If a design proof is provided, it must be approved before production.

Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, colors, sizing, and placement.

Southeast Custom Imprints is not responsible for errors after final approval.
⏱️ Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days, depending on order size and availability.

Turnaround time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
📦 Bulk Orders

Orders of 25 or more items may qualify for bulk pricing discounts.

Bulk pricing varies based on product type, design, and quantity.

🚚 Shipping Terms

Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping time begins after production is complete and is not included in turnaround time.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages must be reported to the shipping carrier.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color choice, or design preference.

If an item is defective or an error was made on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Vinyl and sublimation results may vary depending on fabric type and color.
